Emma joined in 2019 as PA to Interim Chief Executive Peter Caplehorn and supports the wider team with office administration. Previous roles include working as EA to the Board of Directors for six years in one of the largest facilities management companies in the UK, accountancy and pension firms, the fitness industry and more recently for an aerospace and defence trade association. Emma has experience in human resources, projects and event management working for senior Partners, Directors and CEOs.

She supports The Construction Products Association with events and member committee meetings and takes minutes for technical meetings.

Emma has a Geography BA Hons degree from Royal Holloway, University of London and a Postgraduate diploma in HR Management from Kingston University London.
