CPA's Letter to Rt Hon Michael Gove MP

Our formal reply to the Rt Hon Michael Gove MP regarding the approach to building safety.

On 22 January 2022 the CPA received a letter from the Rt Hon Michael Gove MP, Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, in regards to the Government approach to building safety.  We shared that letter with all of our members.  Attached here is our considered response, sent today.

CPA Responds on Michael Gove MP Letter

We received a letter (attached) over the weekend from the Rt Hon Michael Gove MP, Secretary of State at the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities to “set out the contribution that cladding and insulation manufacturers will need to make to fixing the crisis” involving leaseholders and cladding remediation.
