This guide is intended to inform Construction Products Association members about the future changes to their water and waste water supply service ahead of the opening of the water market in 2017. It provides an independent view of the risks and opportunities, preparing CPA members to maximise opportunities presented from this change in the system, especially in the areas of metering and meter reading, surface water management, trade effluent discharge and establishment of new connections to water mains or waste water network.
